Ingredients
- 60ml of gin
- 8-10 purple basil leaves (traditional)
- 180 mL de SOLUM The Classic sugar-free.
- sliced lime
Step-by-Step Preparation
1- Add basil leaves and gin to a glass and gently press the leaves with a bar muddler or, at home, with a spoon to release their flavors into the gin. Set aside the glass.
2- In a chilled balloon glass, add lime slices and fill with ice.
3- Strain the gin into the balloon glass and complete with SOLUM The Classic sugar-free.
4- Insert a bar spoon into the bottom of the glass and move it up and down 2 or 3 times to ensure minimal disruption to the effervescence.
5- Garnish with a sprig of basil and serve.
